Abstract
Досліджено особливості земельно‐іпотечного кредитування в Україні під заставу землеволодінь сільськогосподарських підприємств сформованих переважно на правах оренди землі. Запропоновано логічно‐смислову модель функціонування сис‐ теми земельно‐іпотечного кредитування та визначено в ній місце просторової і змістовної бази сільськогосподарського землекористування.
