Abstract
Настоящая статья посвящена оценке новизны произведений науки в форме электронных образовательных ресурсов. Рассматриваются концептуальные подходы оценки новизны произведений науки по аналогии с произведениями литературы и вопросы оценки потребительских характеристик произведений науки в форме электронных образовательных ресурсов.
