MODEL OF FUNCTIONAL-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT AND EVALUATION OF ENTERPRISE’S HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article examines the basic characteristics of the manager needed for him to form an effective leadership style. The relevance of HRM improvement is substantiated and an improved model of the functional-oriented management of human resources development of the enterprise adapted to specific spheres and directions of its activity is proposed. On the basis of the reviewed characteristics of the manager and the advanced model, it is proposed to analyze and evaluate the human resources development potential of the enterprise, taking into account the ability to learn, the level of emotional intelligence, the effects of globalization.
