Abstract
The article is about that today in the political system of information and communication links plays an important role technocratic model of information democracy. Its essence lies in the fact that by using ICT to bring your democracy to its ideal form – to ensure the largest possible number of citizens in public and political life , participate in the affairs of local government, accelerating the political process and making effective policy decisions.
