Abstract

In or der to in cre a se aero bic ca pa city and the le vel of en du ran ce whi le run ning it is nec ces sary to apply ef fi ci ent met hods for in cre a sing abi li ti es al ready men ti o ned. One of the ways which gra du ally in tro du ces tho se who exer ci se in to the prac ti se is to set the tem po of run ning at a le vel 20% hig her than the cur rent abi li ti es for the who le lenght of a dis tan ce , and the lenght of the run ning sec ti ons sho uld be abo ut 20 % of the en ti re lenght of the dis tan ce. To tal amo unt of the run ning sec ti ons sho uld be 20 % lon ger than the lenght of the en ti re dis tan ce. The lenght of each sec tion sho uld be gradu ally in cre a sed , and bre a kes sho uld be gra du ally dec re a sed. The speed of run ning is ob ta i ned and tho se who exer ci se are adap ted to the tem po of run ning , which re sults in ra pid de ve lop ment of the adap ta tion to in cre a sed ef forts. This ma kes pos si ble to ac hi e ve sta ti sticly sig ni fi cant in cre a se ment of en du ran ce in run ning 800 me ters in a short pe riod of ti me , in just fo ur we eks , with three tra i nings per we ek. The advan ta ge of this mo del is that it co uld be used for ra pid in cre a se ment of run ning en du ran ce in num ber of sport di sci pli nes.
