Modeling and developing a software complex to solve tasks of coordinating control under conditions of spatially-distributed emergencies

Abstract
The applied scientific research on the problems of modeling and developing a software complex to solve tasks of coordinating control under conditions of spatially-distributed emergencies, has been formulated and solved. The proposed software and technologies will provide: improving the quality of decision-making by using the coordination strategies in emergency response; reducing the duration of emergency response by using the operational information about the situation in the emergency zone; minimization of resource and material costs by timely adjustment and clarification of emergency response plans.
