Modeling of Micromoving of Membrane Piezoquartz The Measuring converter

Abstract
In work it is described piezoquartz the measuring converter of air pressure combines the use of two types of control: tensosensitivity of quartz resonator and management of it modulation of an interelectrode gap. Also the method of a resounding membrane at which function of a mobile electrode in a design of the measuring converter is carried out by a fluctuating piezoelement is described. On the basis a method of final elements numerical modelling a deflection of a membrane of the given design executed by means of applied package ANSYS is carried out. The results of modelling spent in work, have confirmed high efficiency of the offered technique on the basis a method of final elements for performance of high-precision calculations of difficult constructive elements piezoquartz measuring converters at a stage of their designing and operation reception of the analytical decision for which isn't obviously possible.
