MODELING OF OPERATION OF THE AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM BY DOWNLOADING OF APK-10A AGGREGAT

Abstract

Modern asynchronous adjustable electric drive is based on the use of semiconductor voltage converters of various types, for which, due to complexity or high cost, little attention is paid to the study of various performance characteristics. With the development of computer modeling, it became possible to deepen the study of these processes. The aim of the work is to reduce the time and cost of researching an adjustable asynchronous electric drive using computer simulation. Methods and materials. Analysis of the electromagnetic processes of a controlled electric drive was carried out using the provisions of the theory of the electric drive and statistical methods for processing the results of research on the physical and computer model in the MatLab system [1]. Research results. A computer model has been developed for conducting research on the operation of the automatic control system by the electric drive of the APK-10A unit. The model determines the gain for the PI controller and the time of the transient control process. Conclusions and perspectives. The results of research have shown that with the selected PI controller for the chopper loading control system, with gains kP = 0.02 and kI = 0.01, the transition period does not exceed 5 s, which satisfies the control conditions after the heating of the electric motor. According to the research carried out on a computer model, equipment was chosen to implement the recommended drive control scheme.
