Modeling of the Systems of Piloting In Training Institutions
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2012, Vol 4, Issue 2
Abstract
From a globalization and complex environment .point of view the evaluation of the educational system turns out to be an imperative .The performance indicators allow to characterize the evolution of the educational systems in their contribution to the enhancement of the general level of training. This article aims at presenting an approach to the elaboration of the strategy of the systems of production of skills. This method is inspired by the current approaches in numerous sectors of the systems of the production of goods and services. The proposed approach allows us to have a model of the system in question and a structured expression by its strategy before defining the structure of piloting based on three operational, organizational and strategic levels.

A Study on Relationship between Emotional Quotient and Recollection & Retention in E-learning
E-Learning plays a vital role in the field of education. Emotional Quotient (EQ) is one of the human factors. Similarly Recollection and Retention (R & R) is one of the cognitive factors of E-Learning process. The va...
Method for forecasting the volume of applications using probabilistic classifier based on Bayesian theorem for recruitment in the government organizations
In this paper, we propose a practical method to estimate or forecast the volume of applications based on Bayesian classifier which is a probability method that makes optimal decision based on known probability distributi...
Optimizing Hidden Markov Model for Failure Prediction– Comparison of Gaine’s optimization and Minimum message length Estimator
Computer systems are prone to failures. Failures are caused by faults that occur in a system. As faults are unknown and cannot be measured, they produce error messages on their detection. The approach presented here is t...
