Modeling of the wave electromagnetic processes in the microwave microelectronic material
Journal Title: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Energy Web - Year 2017, Vol 4, Issue 15
Abstract
In article the nonlinear electromagnetic processes in electronic material, formed by the ordered structure of discrete electronic devices of a gigabyte and terahertz ranges are considered. Based on structural and technological design of real microwave integrated circuit fragment, the analytical expressions for model describing the processes of accumulation and exchange, dissipations and redistribution of oscillatory energy caused by signal composition in interconnections of the ordered microwave structure are synthesized. The results of a research of disturbance intensity variation in uniform electromagnetic field of integrated circuit are shown on the example of a quarter-wave equivalent two-wire transmission line loaded with the semiconductor device with tunable negative conductivity.

Sensor-Based Activity Recognition with Dynamically Added Context
An activity recognition system essentially processes raw sensor data and maps them into latent activity classes. Most of the previous systems are built with supervised learning techniques and pre-defined data sources, an...
A Comparative Study on Frequent Link Disconnection problems in VANETs
Vehicular Ad-hoc network is an emerging technology, which takes vehicles as nodes and forms a wireless network. The topology of such network changes rapidly as the nodes are in continuous motion with different speeds, le...

In Iraq the problem of electricity shutdown in the main supply is still exists and the cuts may last for hours. This shutdown causes problems in lectures and students experiments in the colleges because all electrical de...
Demand Response an Alternative Solution to Prevent Load Shedding Triggering
This paper investigates an alternative solution to prevent Load Shedding (LS) triggering during underfrequency and proposes a new technique to restore the frequency during emergency events. Demand response (DR) is consid...
