MODELING OF WORK BLADE MIXER IN SOFTWARE COMPLEX FLOWVISION

Abstract
Purpose is to improve methods blade impeller design through the use of complex software Flow Vision. Flow of liquids and gases play a key role in the workflow of many modern engineering devices. Designing these devices at required parameters cannot work without a reliable prediction of the characteristics of these trends. Since most modern engineering devices are expensive and time consuming to manufacture, physical modeling with experimental determination of parameters of their work in different modes typically require large expenditures of time and finances. These factors lead to growing interest in the assets of mathematical modeling of flows of liquids and gases to predict flow characteristics and parameters of the device at the stage of their design, to manufacturing in metal. In the article the technique and algorithm modeling process of the blade mixer using modern systems and threedimensional modeling software system Flow Vision is analyzed. The following parameters: mixing uniformity, energy costs, the distribution of velocities in the product, change in viscosity flow in the tank during mixing and more are identified. Computer simulation of blade mixers can significantly expand knowledge about the processes in technological equipment. The result is a more accurate design of technological equipment, and therefore improve the quality of products.
