MODELING THE ADOPTION OF MANAGERIAL DECISIONS ON THE ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF THE ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS

Abstract
The necessity of managing expenses for ensuring the quality of products of the enterprise is substantiated. During the theoretical analysis of the chosen problem, it is determined that under current conditions of enterprise management, enterprises will continue to actively search for new ways to reduce costs for quality without compromising the useful properties of the product itself, which necessitates the adoption of appropriate managerial decisions. The essence and content of expenses for quality of products are considered. The model of the dependence of the growth rate of commercial products on the share of expenses aimed at improving the quality of products is constructed. On the basis of the constructed model it is proved that in order to expand the marketable products of the enterprise it is necessary to pay more attention to the quality management of products by increasing the share of expenses aimed at improving the quality of products.
