МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ РОБОТИ ДОЛОТА І БУРИЛЬНОГО ІНСТРУМЕНТУ НА СТЕНДІ

Abstract

The technical equipment of an experimental unit for studying the effect of the bottomhole assembly on the efficiency of the drilling process is described. To control the dynamics and performance of the bit, it is proposed to use special vibrating generating devices, which allow additionally applying bits vibrations of different amplitudes and frequencies on the work of the bit. The vibrations of the mass of the stand is due to the movement of the eccentric mechanism and the rotation of the bit. Both vibration generators are independent of each other. The mathematical model of the dynamic mode of drilling stand operation is developed, which allows establishing new interconnections between the longitudinal fluctuations of the rock-cutting tool and the parameters of the bottomhole assembly, drilling stand and conditions of its fixation. The influence of the visco-elastic properties of the bottomhole surface and the vibration protection device, the speed of the bit, the mass of the stand on the dynamic characteristics of the bit performance is evaluated. The possibility of reproducing the influence of the bottom of the drill string on the operation of the bit and the drilling process is substantiated.
