Models of Planning Balanced Development of Ukrainian Fruit Growing

Abstract
Fruit growing in Ukraine does not cover the internal demand on fruit products and does not have the sufficient profitability level for extended reproduction. The goal of the article is to show directions of development of population households and agricultural enterprises, which deal with production of seed and stone fruit, nuts and berries. To do this the article conducts statistical analysis of dynamics of yield, planted areas and gross harvest of fruit products in general in the country and separately by regions. The article compares saturation of internal markets and yield of fruit and berries abroad. It establishes that innovation transformations of domestic fruit growing should bring its productivity to indicators of the world leaders. In order to justify balanced development of production of fruit and berries by means of increase of planted areas and yield, the article offers optimisation models of mathematical programming. The conducted calculations confirm practical achievability of obtained results directed at saturation of the internal market with Ukrainian fruit and berries, ensuring food security of the country regarding these products and increase of efficiency of activity of domestic households and agricultural enterprises in the fruit growing industry.
