MODERN APPROACHES TO THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT OF INVESTMENT BUILDING PROJECTS WITH THE STOCHASTICITY OF PROCESSES

Abstract
The works devoted to the issues of preliminary assessment of investment and construction projects are analyzed. The analysis of the specifics of the development and implementation of investment and construction projects, the functions of the risk management system and risk management mechanisms. The solution of the task of modeling the process of implementing investment and construction projects, taking into account the stochasticity of processes, risks and uncertainty with the use of a mathematical apparatus that ensures the adequacy of the models being created and the correctness of the results, namely: with the use of theories of expert assessments, fuzzy logic and multicriteria optimization, will increase the level of reliability of the adopted organizational, technological and management decisions.
