MODERN ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND ITS MAIN TYPES

Abstract
The article deals with the problem issues of the main types of modern economic analysis and their application. The types of modern economic analysis that are most often used in practice, namely: economic analysis; operational analysis; investment analysis; innovation analysis; diagnostic analysis; analysis of its own financial state and its business partners; strategic analysis; marketing analysis; functional-cost analysis. The justification for applying each of these types of economic analysis and their characteristics is presented. It is established that in separate scientific researches new terms and phrases, characterizing economic analysis, are discussed in theoretical direction and practically are not used in practice. It has been established that such species are "potential analysis", "ontological analysis" and "epistemological analysis".
