Modern features of development of venture investment at industrial enterprises.

Abstract
The article determines modern problems of venture financing, of venture projects investing. It reveals the mechanism of the organization of venture financing. The features of venture capital financing as a source of investment funds are analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages of venture capital financing are determined.
