MODERN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN AGRICULTURE: THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article highlights the features of modern intensive technologies in agriculture. The author defines the problems and perspectives for the possibility of adapting modern technology in crop production. The process of production of ecologically clean agricultural products are analyzed. The latest technical and technological solutions were determined in crop production (breeding, genetic engineering and GMOs, organic agriculture, micro-selection, IT technologies, nanotechnology) and in production (biotechnology, selection and breeding, feeding systems, technical and technological support, resource-saving technologies). The mechanisms of action technologies are investigated, such as: "Mini-till", "Strip-till" and "Zero-till" that consist the main part of cultivation technologies. The article proves the need for the introduction of new resource-saving technologies of cultivation, particularly irrigation system and genetic engineering, cell biology, DNA technology and more. The experience of leading agricultural companies using these technologies in Ukraine, such as Agroholding "Mriya", holding "Kernel Group", "Ukrlendfarminh", "Astarta-Kyiv" and others is presented. The main issues of innovation and competitiveness of the agricultural sector the main factors of influence are investigated. The analysis of state stimulation of development of agriculture is performed, as well as institutional and legal support for farming practices, implementation of relevant programs and strategies of innovation in agriculture and more are characterized. The basic problems of development and implementation of leading technologies due to military operations are analyzed, a decrease in product markets, imperfections of the legal framework, lack of stimulation of innovation, limited internal and external sources of innovation and the impossibility of their rapid mobilization, low level of investment attractiveness of the industry, and especially the lack of innovation and modern technologies of production and cultivation of agricultural products are determined. The basic ways of overcoming the crisis in agricultural sector are proposed. The necessity of the development of innovative strategies for agricultural development, which should meet modern requirements of the agricultural sector in accordance with international experience, are provided. With the changing conditions of the sector, the adjustment and introduction of new technologies is required, which is in great detailed justified.
