Modern management aspects of enterprise resource potential

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of the enterprises resource potential, its structure and management features in modern market conditions. Methodology of research. The solution of the posed in the article problems is based on the dialectical approach and general scientific methods of cognition. Findings. The author's approach to defining the essence and structuring of the resource potential of a modern enterprise is disclosed. The attention is paid to the fact that the resource potential is the basic, system-forming element of the enterprise's economic potential, since it determines the system's resource capabilities and the enterprise's ability to solve specific problems and tasks, and, therefore, unites the goals, driving forces and sources of potential development. Practical value. The allocation of the main elements of the resource potential, which have a key influence on ensuring its development, is substantiated. The influence of Eurointegration processes on enterprise management and its resource potential was studied.
