Modern mechanisms of cloud technologies construction as a priority to improve distributed data processing system

Abstract
The modern mechanisms of development of cloud technologies as a priority direction of improvement of distributed data processing systems are considered. There are three main types of cloud computing. The advantages and disadvantages of each type are determined. Architecture of hybrid cloud are adopted as the basis of the studying. The basics of load distribution describes in article. It is noted that the problem of the separation of the data in the parameter hybrid cloud is to minimize the cost of query execution load and are limited with two separate restrictions. Description of the restrictions are considered, and a distribution of performance metrics – the cost of query processing (i.e., performance), costs and risks are proposed
