MODERN PROBLEMS AND PRIORITIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINIAN BANKING SYSTEM

Abstract
This paper assesses the role of banking system, particularly its credit activity, in the processes of stimulation the economic activity and socio-economic development in Ukraine. The main tendencies and problems in the development of banks’ lending in Ukraine have been analysed. The key measures on the way of effective using the credit potential of banking system of Ukraine have been defined.
