MODERN REQUIREMENTS TO THE EDUCATOR'S PERSONALITY DURING THE REFORMATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF EDUCATION

Abstract

In the article the meaningful role of an educator is based on the formation of a personality of a preschool child. The opinions of modern researchers on updating the requirements to the personality of the educator during the reformation of the national system of education are given. A parallel is conducted between the newest requirements to the personality of the teacher of the new school and modern requirements to the educator of an establishment of preschool education.
