Modern Socio-cultural Projecting in a National Сhronotope of Culture

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to determine the system characteristics and indicators of synergetic socio-cultural design in Ukraine of the information age, the disclosure of functions and forms of cultural innovation in the modern cultural space. The methodology of the research is based on the interdisciplinary integration of the methods of contemporary philosophy, cultural science, and art criticism. The scientific novelty of the study is determined by the application of modern aesthetic theories with the aim of understanding the ways of development and consolidation of the polyethnic Ukrainian society of the information age using socio-cultural projecting, built on the principles of a common space-time field of culture. Conclusions. The general picture of national culture, as a complex multi-component system, is represented by spatial modeling and design, and involves a detailed study of the basic structural units of the distribution of cultural space – city, region, country, which, at the same time, act as the integrity and parts of the whole, as a subject and object. On this basis, a synergistic continuum model of the functioning and development of modern culture is constructed, in which the functions of the new cultural reality are clearly defined through its relation with the concepts of "regional culture," "national culture" and "world culture." The emergence of modern independent Ukraine in the European information space predetermines the use of opportunities for the expansion of international relations as a means of dialogue of cultures in a global context.
