Modern status of private capital investment in Ukraine

Abstract
Annotation. The aim of this article is to assess the current situation of private capital investment and identify ways their involvement. Metodology of research. The research materials were used as statistical data of State Statistics Service, in particular the section on capital investment funding sources in Ukraine. During the study used some general and special methods of economic research, including methods of synthesis, comparative, statistical and structural-functional analysis. Findings. The article identified public and private investments, conducted structural analysis of private capital investments by source of funding for the period 2013 –2016, Identified the major areas of impact of private investment in the economy of the country. The authors also suggested ways to improve Ukraine’s investment attractiveness for private, including foreign investors. Practical value. Investments play an important role in the economy of each country, so attracting domestic capital investments in different economic areas will increase GDP, reduce the outflow of domestic capital and inflow of foreign countries that provide development and stability of Ukraine’s economy as a whole. It is necessary to attract investors not only loyalty programs, but also guarantees and support from the government.
