MODERN THEORETICAL CONCEPTS ABOUT MUSICAL -PERCEPTION

Abstract
In developing his concept of intonation, Asafiev approaches the understanding of the perception of music as perception of intonation, to the formulation of the problem of educating ¬intonational hearing as an important factor in perception. Emphasizing that the consciousness of listeners aspires to the meaning of music through “living intonation,” he contrasted the abstract auditory ability with “intonational susceptibility” and the activity of hearing, for only here begins the actual perception of music as an art that enriches the life experience.
