MODERN UNDERSTANDING OF STATE REGULATION OF COMPETITION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights current issues related to the scientific understanding of the category “state regulation of economic competition” in the national economy of Ukraine through the prism of indicating the purpose and role of state regulation in this area and defining the system of participants in the competitive environment. The attention is focused on the fact that one of the main tasks of the state in the economy is to create a healthy competitive environment, and the development and improvement of the legal framework for regulating competition is one of the most effective mechanisms to increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy.
