Modern understanding of the organizational-legal framework for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of children

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of a meaningful characteristic of the organizational and legal bases for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of children. It is established that the or- ganizational and legal framework for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the child contains mandatory and optional components. The legal basis that regulates the rights and legitimate inter- ests of the child should be included in the mandatory components of the organizational and legal framework for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the child; рrinciples on which the admin- istrative and legal regulation of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the child is built, etc.
