MODERNIZATION DIRECTIONS AND MECHANISMS OF REALIZATION OF THE GOVERNMENT POLICY OF REGULATION OF COMPETITIVE RELATIONS IN REGIONAL MARKETS OF HOUSING REAL ESTATE

Abstract
The article analyzes the existing mechanisms of functioning of regional residential real estate markets (RLH), as well as their analogy with the investment market. There are distinguished features of the regional markets of residential real estate, as well as a number of factors that greatly complicate the process of their research. It is determined that the main characteristics of regional real estate markets are based on the same foundations of smaller and smaller scale local housing markets. The author's vision of mechanisms and directions of modernization, which would promote the implementation of the main vectors of antimonopoly state policy in the regional markets of residential real estate, was pointed out.
