Abstract
The questions of functioning information and communication systems due to the problem of transferring large amounts of data. Analyzed the basic model subsystems intermediate storage and the ways of its modifications for unification with the task of creating modular data transmission systems. Modified application techniques for early detection of disordered guaranteed ellipsoidal based assessment model to intermediate storage subsystem. Made modification of the model intermediate storage subsystem.
