Modified zonal coding of transformants of low-resource steganography algorithm

Abstract
The results of modeling the process of compression of halftone images by means of a modified zonal selection of the transformation coefficients. To process transformants, two methods of grouping the coefficients are applied. Successive consolidation of the formed zones is realized and a phased reduction in the number of stored coefficients. The analysis of the dependence of distortions on the variant of processing transformants is performed. The procedures considered are the first stage of a low-resource steganography algorithm.
