En Afrique, l’innovation technologique a permis de mettre au jour des dynamiques à l’opposé de l’image figée que d’aucuns peuvent avoir du continent. La diffusion des TIC révèle que le continent constitue un enjeu de taille pour les opérateurs internationaux. Quelles sont les conséquences des politiques de diffusion des TIC ? Comment, dans le contexte de la mondialisation, les populations s’approprient-elles ces technologies ?
