MONITORING AND MEASURING INSTRUMENTS FOR PERSONNEL  MANAGEMENT COMPETENCY IN THE CONTEXT OF PROVIDING INDUSTRIAL  ENTERPRISES’ COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract

The scientific rationale for the use of competence-oriented approach in creating an effective process control system of organizational and economic competitiveness support of industrial enterprises is provided. The main attributes of management skills classification and the sequence of steps for the analysis and evaluation of the staff managerial skills level in order to create the economic management tools of industrial  enterprises competitiveness monitoring are defined. The list of competences according  to the degree of their importance for the personnel involved in process of ensuring competitiveness of the industrial enterprises within approbation of the offered technique of estimation of level of administrative competences is created.
