MONITORING AS A MEASURE TO ENSURE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
At the present time, the level of development of environmental monitoring in the Republic of Kazakhstan does not meet modern requirements, respectively, the article refers to the improvement of environmental monitoring. Inadequate interdepartmental coordination of the monitoring systems of different ministries and agencies does not allow to fully implement the objective assessment of the state of the environment and to obtain operational information in a timely manner. Therefore, urgent measures on creation of a unified state system of ecological monitoring of the environment and natural resources are required. People have used the environment as a source of resources, but until recently his work had a significant impact. Only in the twentieth century, the changing nature under the influence of economic activities of making have attracted the attention of scientists, the monitoring of the environment is becoming the norm. Great role in the development of his process is to create automated systems monitoring and alerting of environmental conditions. Monitoring will not only help create a more complete picture of the characteristics of the environment, but also deeply aware of his responsibility for her condition. The awareness of this responsibility is one of the components of human qualities.
