MONITORING OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF PERSONNEL OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of innovative activity of personnel as an economic category, including the formation of methods for assessing it, establishing links with other factors of innovation and strategic activity. The methodology of quantitative and qualitative assessment of personnel innovation activity is proposed.
