MONITORING OF LEGAL INFRINGEMENTS IN THE FAMILY LAW

Abstract
The article is aimed at investigating the essence of family law as the basis of family law. Specific features of family-marital relations are analyzed, methods and measures of responsibility in family law are considered. Diagnostics of quantitative indicators characterizing observance of legal norms on issues of upbringing of children, according to official indicators: the number of registered marriages, the number of registered divorces, the number of cases of non-performance by parents, or their substitute, the responsibilities of raising children, the number of cases reviewed, the number of closed cases, types of orders (court decisions), structure administrative penalties. is conducted. The trends were identified and recommendations for improving the compliance process with the institution of guardianship and trusteeship were proposed.
