MONITORING OF SOCIAL-LABOUR RELATIONS IN UKRAINIAN

Abstract
In the article the authors consider the main directions of development and management mechanisms for monitoring the system of industrial relations in Ukraine. In modern conditions of the society actual are the problems encountered in the field of industrial relations, namely ensuring full (productive) employment; maintenance and development of the employment potential; improving living standards; optimization of the relationship between labor and capital on the principles of social partnership. Justification solutions to the aforementioned problems are especially important for Ukraine as domestic theory of industrial relations today in its infancy and need clarification of categorical apparatus, object-determining subjects, study of the determinants. Monitoring of social and labor sphere in Ukraine is an important and necessary tool for the development and implementation of socio-economic development for the future improvement of industrial relations.
