MORAL ASPECTS OF FUNCTIONING OF RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS IN POLICE IN THE SCOPE OF THE CONTROL OF MIGRATION ON OUTER EU BORDERS

Abstract
The case study contains analysis of moral aspects of functioning of Research Institutions in Police based on the theoretical deliberations of implementation and abidance of behaviors of its members in relations with taking part in migration control. The supplement of theoretical deliberations are primary researches ( environmental survey aimed to implementation officers and those who order researches in institutions mentioned above) and derivative researches (documents and statistics from their activities), which allow showing some moral aspects of their functioning.
