"MORAL PRINCIPLES OF SOCIETY" AS AN ESTIMATED CATEGORY OF CIVIL LAW AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE FORMATION OF THE MECHANISM OF CIVIL LAW REGULATION

Abstract
In this article author is investigates a number of aspects related to existence of moral principles in a civil law. One of most significant current discussions in science of law is analysis «society moral principles» concept. This paper begins with analysis of relevant publications. It will then go on to analyze a corresponding regulations. This study has shown that «norms of moral» is evaluation category in mechanism of legal adjusting of civil relations.
