Morphological-anatomic study of the roots of calendula officinalis

Abstract
The morphological, anatomy and histology features of pot marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) roots were studied. As the result of this research, the data of microscopical structure of Calendula officinalis were confirmed, clarified and completed. Based on the data, project of chapter «Microscopy» of the pharmacopial article for new perspective herbal drug «Calendulae roots» was developed.
