MORTGAGE OBJECTS STRUCTURE FOR MICROFINANCE CREDITING

Abstract
Recently, the practice of issuing loans by microfinance organizations has received significant development. And most often microcredit and microfinance companies prefer loans on the security of real estate, namely apartments. And here is the question of assessing this very property. The article describes the procedure for assessing real estate by microfinance organizations, as well as the conditions for granting these loans.
