Motivation as the Basis of Applicants’ Conscious Attitude of Higher Education for Training Activities.

Abstract

Motivation of educational activities as the basis of conscious attitude and motives of internal and external types which determine focus, intensity and personal meaning of applicants of higher education is described and analyzed in the article. The concept of motivation is determined from point of view different scientists, the problems of absence of motivation are considered for students, emotional aspect of motivation, kinds and technicians of reasons. The article reveals the problems of training of highly qualified specialists for the National Guard of Ukraine. It displays the review of the social and political determinants of training future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine. The article explores the educational motivation and cognitive interest that were distinguished as the main motivating factors of conscious attitude of applicants of higher education for training activities. The problem of complexity and multidimensional of motivation determines the number of approaches to the understanding of its nature, structure and to its methods of study. Conscious attitude depends on different factors of motivation which are investigated in the article.
