MOTIVATION IN THE CONTROL SYSTEM OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISES OF THE SPACE INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of the subsystem of motivation in the system of competitiveness management of the space industry enterprise, within the framework of various concepts of personnel management, the peculiarities of the formation of the subsystem of motivation and programs of personnel motivation at aerospace enterprises, the allocation of specific characteristics of motivational programs to ensure the efficiency of the production system in order to achieve sustainable success and competitiveness of aerospace enterprise.
