MOTIVATION MECHANISMS OF MANAGEMENT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of motivation of managerial capital, which are induced to motivate people, how to approach the motivation of managerial capital, in the period of information economy, knowledge economy, in order to get the expected result and improve labor efficiency. The stages of development of theoretical views on motivation are presented. The role of socio-cultural factors in the process of professional management is shown.
