MOTIVATION OF STAFF IN THE ECONOMIC CRISIS 

Abstract

The crisis in economic situation in Ukraine threatens any company by not only financial problems but also by the loss of skilled workers, without which it is impossible to overcome the crisis. To keep the workers is one of the main tasks of the company management in the period of crisis. However, the management of the majority of Ukrainian companies is focusing on production management, marketing and finance, while improving of a staff motivation system is often neglected. And also to consider the psychological rules of effective motivation: respect to personality, sincerity of praise, realisticness of aims, possibility of quarry growth, encouragement of group work, differentiated approach but other. The subject of the article is the motivation of staff. The objective of the article is to consider the characteristics in motivation of staff in a crisis environment, the principles and methods of financial and non-financial motivation to justify its importance for any organization. Field of application could be any enterprise within Ukraine. Conclusions: until the situation of instability lasts, the communication between a manager and employees must be happening on a regular basis and by that forming an individual approach to each of the workers. Thus the cooperative work of managers and staff will be the anti-crisis measure on the domestic background of the company and will bring the results in overcoming the difficulties.
