Motivational management is in agrarian enterprises

Abstract
The key value of motivation of labour of workers of agrarian enterprises is certain. The insufficient use of forms and methods of stimulation is well–proven in the today’s terms of development of agrarian business, that would assist high efficiency of labour. It is indicated on the necessity of forming of motivational management for agrarian enterprises. Essence of motivational management is certain in agro enterprises. It is distinguished, that efficiency of motivation appears through effective activity of busy in a productive process workers. Basic pre–conditions over of forming of motivational management of agro enterprises are brought. It is well–proven that determination of strategic aims of agro enterprises and development of motivational management must be preceded to the search and introduction of the new system of stimulation, based in particular on the estimation of competenses.
