Motivational processes in agrarian enterprises

Abstract

The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical principles for the formation of motivational incentives in agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the current tendencies of motivation in agriculture and to prove the necessity of combining economic and social elements of motivation for the most effective functioning of agricultural enterprises. Research methods. In this research the aggregate of scientific approaches and methods was used: graphic, a method of comparisons, logical generalization, system method. Together it provided conceptual unity of the research. Results of work. The article substantiates the necessity of a complex combination of tangible and intangible instruments of influence on the formation of a motivational process in agricultural enterprises, which will promote the increase of labor productivity of workers and the efficiency of business entities in agrarian sector. The field of application of results. In the field of economics and in the practical activities of agricultural enterprises. Conclusions. The main results and results of the study can be summarized as follows: motivation, as a key factor of ensuring the efficiency of work of hired workers, which influences the quality and quantity of products, plays a special role in the agrarian sector, especially now, in the conditions of the output of domestic commodity producers to the international market. Based on the assessment of the incentives of the motivation process in agricultural enterprises, one can conclude that use of non– material incentives is also no less important for improving the motivation of the work: improving the social package (free or reduced food), transporting workers, providing cash loans to employees who have positive results of work, tuition fees, treatment. In addition, to achieve high results of economic actors in agriculture and productivity, should not forget about the complex use of material and non– material methods of labour motivation.
