Motivational system in the food industry

Abstract

Motivational system in the food industry is one of the main factors of economic growth. Motivation question becomes more actual with the development of new technologies and production automation because human labor is losing its value. The correct model of motivational systems should combine the manager and workers to achieve the objectives and ensure employees favorable conditions. Motivation will help the employee to work effectively and realize that the basis is for professional and career growth.
