Moving Load Problem of Thermo-elasticity in Semi Infinite Space
Journal Title: International Journal of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematical Fundamentals (www.ijpcmf.com) - Year 2012, Vol 1, Issue 2
Abstract
This paper is about moving load problem in semi infinite space. We consider a homogeneous, isotropic elastic semiinfinite space, which is at temperature T0 initially and whose boundary surface is subjected to heat source and load moving with finite velocity. Temperature and stress distribution occurring due to heating or cooling and have been determined using appropriate initial and boundary conditions.

Modes of Wave Propagation and Scattering concepts
Wave propagation is affected by many factors. It also depends on the path from one point to another where a particular wave moves. The interaction of radio waves with the ionized regions of the atmosphere make...
