Multicriteria improvement of quality indicators of sweet cherry of Ukranian selection under freezing and storage

Abstract
The study makes a scientifically based evaluation of suitability of 12 new zoned varieties of early, middle and late ripening cherries, grown under the conditions of the southern steppe of Ukraine for freezing and storage at low temperatures using the method of multicriteria optimization.
