Multiculturalism - historical the property of the Azerbaijani people

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of multiculturalism and tolerance in Azerbaijani society in the historical context. It is alleged that in different periods of the history of Azerbaijan became home to the representatives of different nations, cultures and religions, which formed a multi-religious, multi-ethnic society, and in the period of independence these positive trends further intensified. The article concludes that the culture that has developed naturally and is made up of many mini-cultures of different nations living in Azerbaijan is the wealth of the Azerbaijani society.
